Long-time principal of the Polish Olympians Primary School No. 323 - a school known for being the first in Warsaw to abandon compulsory homework.
 
Graduate of the Faculty of Pedagogy at the University of Warsaw majoring in pedagogy in the field of integrated education, which she completed with honours, as well as post-graduate studies in the field of organisation and management of educational institutions, professional and personal counselling.
 
Initiator of changes in the Polish school: formative assessment, school without compulsory homework, project method and "green pencil" method. An educational manager building a school culture based on the development of mutual relations between the teacher, student and parent.
 
Winner of awards and distinctions from the Mayor of the City of Warsaw and the Mayor of Ursynów District for her contribution to the development of education and sport. In 2018, she was awarded the Badge of Honour for Merits in the Protection of Children's Rights by the Ombudsman for Children Marek Michalak.
